Building Individual and Team Resilience During Change

Meditation and Mindfulness workshops introduce teams to the practice as a way to manage change at an individual and team level.  Participants learn how the practices of setting an intention, noticing with appreciation, and cultivating gratitude can support change readiness.  Teams will be guided through a 10-20 minute mind shift meditation.  Access to audio Morning and Evening Change Meditations included.

Presentations at business unit meetings and events

Presentations on Mindfulness and Meditation use story telling to engage participants in exploring the power of the practice.  Participants will learn easy breathing exercises which will help them focus and calm themselves.  They will also learn simple ways to build resilience, increase creativity and improve focus and productivity.  Resources will be shared to support an ongoing personal practice.   Each presentation includes a 10-20 minute meditation aligned with the needs of the group followed by a large/small group debrief.
